By purchasing from our website (PlantFoodPalace.co.uk) you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and are bound by them. We reserve the right to alter these at any time. All chemicals supplied are strictly NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION neither are they to be used as a plant feeder. They serve no benefit as a plant feeder so anybody wishing to do so is under no illusions that our chemicals possess any positive botanical properties. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the misapplication or misuse of our products on humans, animals or plants. Neither PlantFoodPalace.co.uk nor it's employees can be held responsible for, and will not be held liable for the misuse of our products. In the event that any member of plantfoodpalace staff suspects a customer is misusing our products, we reserve the right to terminate orders and issue refunds.

Research chemicals will only be supplied to persons over the age of 18 for their use solely and not for use by anyone else. By ordering from us you are confirming that you are above the age of 18 and that you are not ordering for anyone under the age of 18.

The Company does not warrant that the goods are not prohibited from import in the country to which delivery is to be made and will neither replace nor refund goods seized by any competent authority. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to establish the legality of possession and importation of our products in their country or region. We will not take responsibility for lost shipments confiscated by customs, law enforcement agencies, or other authorities, and we will not refund or replace orders that may have been confiscated. We ship products to all countries in the EU and most countries outside the EU with the exception of the USA, Australia, New Zealand & Canada.

The Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods occurring in the postal system and will not make any refund in respect of such loss or damage except where specific delivery arrangements have been agreed and paid for in advance. On production of the necessary evidence the goods will be replaced but no refund made.

The Company reserves the right to alter these terms & conditions at any time.

Returns

Customers are entitled to Return their products if they are in any way unsatisfied with what we have sent them. You may opt to exchange your product for a different product or you may ask for a full refund. If you are claiming a refund you must be aware that refunds are only applicable for the remaining quantity of product. We do not give a refund for what has already been diminished. Your refund will be based on the weight of Research Chemical product which has been returned to us. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the return has been tampered with ie. Mixed with a foreign substance.
